Kylie Jenner Misses The Fashion Memo At The Cosmo Birthday Event

As the picture above makes obvious, Kylie Jenner did not get the memo to wear all black at the Cosmo birthday event in West Hollywood last night. Khloe, Kourtney, Kim, and Kris all matched stunningly together, however Kylie Jenner was noticeable not matching.

Kylie was instead dressed in all white, even wearing off-white heels and a white purse to match. She also had completely blonde hair, which throws off the picture because the three in the middle have very dark hair to go with their all black ensembles, and Khloe, in the far left has blonde hair, but it isn't quite as much of a yellow-blonde, and more of a dirty-blonde. It also helps that it is slicked back because it doesn't take away from her black dress.
